Candidate’s Consent to the Collection of Personal Information
Wadi Group Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide (WADI GROUP) request your consent to collect and handle your personal information for two main purposes: to process your employment application until a decision is made; and if you are offered employment, to facilitate your onboarding as a new hire.
The personal information that may be collected (“Candidate Personal Information”), as well as the way in which it may be processed is described in www.wadigroup.com, and such processing is consistent with applicable laws.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your Candidate Personal Information at any time during the recruitment process by emailing us at email@example.com. Note that once consent is withdrawn, WADI GROUP will no longer consider you for employment.
WADI GROUP’s prides itself in recruiting the best talent. As part of this effort, WADI GROUP uses automated assessments as one tool in the recruiting process for most roles, primarily to measure candidate skills and abilities that generally do not emerge from interviews. These online assessments have standardized scores (pass/fail), and do not consider any of your Candidate Personal Information. These assessments are entirely automated, and are not re-evaluated by any individuals. These tests are further described in www.wadigroup.com. By signing this consent form, you agree that our decision to offer you employment may be subject to such automated assessments.
Because WADI GROUP is a global company, your Candidate Personal Information will be shared with entities located outside of the European Union, for instance in the United States, and in other countries that may not have the same privacy laws as your home country. By signing this consent form, you agree to this data transfer.
WADI GROUP’s recruiting processes are supported by third party vendors. WADI GROUP requires these data processors to use or disclose your Candidate Personal Information only as authorized by WADI GROUP, and/or to comply with legal requirements. By signing this consent form, you agree to this data processing.
The information you submit for WADI GROUP's job application process must be complete and accurate. Providing false information during any step of the application process may lead to your permanent rejection or subsequent termination from WADI GROUP employment.
Your Candidate Personal Information is kept for 3 years after our last contact with you. By signing this consent form, you agree with this period. WADI GROUP has adopted this 3-year global standard to facilitate a candidate’s ability to apply to different roles in multiple countries without having to create a new profile. You can request that your Candidate Personal Information be removed from our database during that 3-year retention period. Your request for deletion before the conclusion of the 3-year period will generally be accepted, unless the retention period is required by applicable law; and/or to fulfill WADI GROUP’s legitimate business interests, including, but not limited to our right to exercise or defend legal claims.
